Granite Bay Kitchen & Laundry Reimagined

A refined kitchen and laundry room transformation that elevated both spaces while preserving the home’s existing character and layout. The project included refinished cabinetry, new countertops and backsplash, updated lighting, improved appliance integration, and custom finish details throughout. Coordinated materials and lighter finishes created a brighter, more polished look, giving both spaces a cohesive and updated feel without the need for a complete rebuild.

Park House Renovation

A full interior renovation centered around a dramatic kitchen transformation and refreshed living spaces. Downtown Townhouse Renovation

A complete interior and exterior refresh that transformed an aging downtown townhouse into a clean, comfortable, and move-in-ready home. The project included updated flooring, carpet, paint, trim, doors, kitchen finishes, and general interior repairs, along with exterior siding and entry improvements. The renovation focused on improving function, durability, and overall appearance while preserving the character of the original townhouse.

Day Tripper – Commercial Finish-Out

A detailed restaurant and bar finish-out focused on bringing the final design elements together. Egan Construction completed the finishing work and final detailing throughout the space, coordinating the custom millwork, trim, tile, woodwork, fixtures, and decorative elements that give Day Tripper its distinctive character. The result is a highly detailed commercial interior where craftsmanship, texture, and custom finishes work together to create a memorable guest experience.

The Panel Room Renovation

A complete transformation of an existing wood-paneled room into a brighter, more modern and functional living space. The renovation included vaulting the ceiling to create additional height and openness, refinishing the interior with updated flooring, lighting and finishes, and adding a completely new bathroom with a custom tiled shower and contemporary fixtures. The project preserved select original architectural elements while giving the space an entirely new purpose and feel.

Club House Exterior Renovation

A complete exterior transformation that gave this home a cleaner, more modern identity while improving the way the outdoor spaces function. The project included new exterior finishes, updated paint, rebuilt decks and stairs, contemporary railings, and refreshed entry areas. The darker exterior palette and streamlined details dramatically changed the character of the home, while the new outdoor living areas created safer, more usable connections between the house and backyard.

Club House Interior Renovation

A major interior renovation that transformed a dated, compartmentalized layout into a bright, open and contemporary living space. The project included extensive interior reconfiguration, a redesigned kitchen, new flooring throughout, updated lighting, modern finishes, and a completely rebuilt staircase with custom metal railings. By opening the main living areas and simplifying the material palette, the home gained better flow, more natural light, and a dramatically more modern feel.

El Do House – Whole Home Renovation

A complete whole-home transformation designed to open the floor plan, modernize the interior, and create a stronger connection to the backyard and pool. The project included extensive demolition and reconfiguration, a new open-concept kitchen and living area, custom cabinetry, updated flooring, lighting, and finishes, along with a redesigned staircase and fireplace. Exterior improvements included expanded openings, refreshed outdoor living areas, and an upgraded poolside bar and patio. The finished home is brighter, more open, and built for both everyday living and entertaining.

A ground-up accessory dwelling unit designed to add flexible living space while complementing the existing property. The project included full construction from foundation through finish, with a functional layout, complete kitchen and bathroom, updated fixtures, durable finishes, and efficient use of space throughout. The result is a comfortable, fully independent residence suited for guests, extended family, rental use, or long-term flexibility.
