About Egan Construction
Craftsmanship matters. So does the experience.
Since 2018, Egan Construction has served homeowners and businesses throughout the Sacramento region. Our goal is simple: raise the standard of what people expect from a contractor.
We bring together thoughtful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and clear communication. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, we treat your property with respect and keep you informed about the work.
Our story
Our founder’s experience began in Sacramento during the 1990s, learning alongside a licensed general contractor on new homes, remodels, and restaurant renovations. In 2002, he started a restaurant maintenance business, building lasting relationships through dependable service.
A move to San Diego in 2006 brought a new challenge: working as a professional sailboat rigger, racing and repairing high-performance yachts around the world. That work reinforced the importance of precision, teamwork, planning, and doing things properly.
After returning to Sacramento in 2015, he re-entered construction, expanded the restaurant maintenance business, and acquired cabinet and demolition companies. Those experiences came together with the founding of Egan Construction in 2018.
A team built around your project
Our work brings together project managers, skilled craftspeople, and trade partners. Residential remodeling is at the heart of what we do—from kitchens and bathrooms to additions, whole-home renovations, outdoor living spaces, and custom improvements.
We also undertake select commercial remodeling and tenant improvement projects throughout the Sacramento region.
